Residential building
Mom/grandma Nora (in law) lives on the ground floor. And when we are there, we live here ourselves. - Casa particular (B&B)
There are three guest rooms on the first floor. We may and can offer these to international tourists. We have all the necessary permits for this.
- Terrace
There is a large terrace with a bar and a ladies' and men's toilet. We may and can use this for activities such as dance lessons, (family) parties, dance parties, weddings, etc. We have the necessary permits for this. And we are allowed to sell drinks and snacks.
