The Dancing and Music room is located at the front of the building (street side) close to the balcony.

The room will at least have the following facilities, in alphabetical order:
- Bathroom
- shower
- toilet
- sink
- Bed, 2 persons
- Built-in wardrobe
- clothes shelf
- clothes rail with clothes hangers
